Office Services by Brandi, LLC provides specialized remote support for restoration and construction companies across multiple states. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the property restoration industry—and more than 7 years running my own business—I understand the fast-paced, detail-driven nature of this field.

I work directly with owners and leadership teams to streamline their back-office operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and T&M Billing. From vendor compliance and invoice processing to consistent AR follow-ups, I help ensure your company stays organized, efficient, and—most importantly—gets paid.

My services are built specifically for the restoration and construction industry, designed to take the administrative burden off your plate so you can focus on running your jobs and growing your business.

Based out of Alton Bay, NH, my fully equipped remote office allows me to seamlessly support clients wherever they operate. I am QuickBooks Desktop Certified (July 2019), a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (December 2020), and a member of the American Bar Association (May 2020).

My goal is simple: to bring structure, efficiency, and results to your operations—without the need to hire, train, or manage in-house staff.

Remote Office Manager

Office Services by Brandi, LLC provides specialized back-office support tailored to restoration and construction companies, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and T&M Billing. I manage vendor onboarding and compliance, process and track invoices, and ensure accurate job cost coding on the AP side, while also handling AR tracking, consistent follow-ups, and collections to help improve cash flow and reduce aging receivables. My T&M billing services deliver detailed, organized, and submission-ready invoices that support faster approvals and payments. With a deep understanding of industry workflows, my goal is to create structure, keep your operations running smoothly, and take the administrative burden off your team—so you can stay focused on your jobs and growth.
